We offer homeowners, auto, renters and commercial insurance.

Your auto insurance policy may cover damages to your vehicle, liability for bodily injury or property damage, and other optional coverage's such as roadside assistance.

Homeowners insurance provides financial protection for your home and personal belongings against various perils, such as fire, theft, vandalism, and certain natural disasters. It covers the cost of repairing or rebuilding your house and other structures on your property if they are damaged, as well as replacing stolen or damaged personal belongings. The policy also includes liability coverage, protecting you if someone is injured on your property or if you accidentally cause damage to someone else's property. Additionally, homeowners insurance may offer coverage for temporary living expenses if your home becomes uninhabitable due to a covered loss. However, specific coverage details, limits, and exclusions vary based on the policy and insurance provider.

While renters insurance is not legally required in Utah, it is highly recommended for all renters and some landlords do require it as a condition of the rental contract. Renters insurance provides valuable protection and peace of mind in case of unexpected events that can lead to loss or damage of your personal belongings. Here are some reasons why renters insurance is beneficial:

  1. Personal Property Coverage: Renters insurance covers the cost of replacing or repairing your belongings if they are damaged or stolen. This can include furniture, electronics, clothing, and other valuable possessions.
  2. Liability Protection: If someone is injured while in your rented property, renters insurance can help cover the medical expenses and legal costs if you are found liable for the injury.
  3. Additional Living Expenses: If your rental becomes uninhabitable due to a covered event, renters insurance can assist with temporary living expenses, such as hotel stays or rental accommodations.
  4. Affordable Coverage: Renters insurance is generally very affordable, making it a cost-effective way to safeguard your possessions and finances.

Even if your landlord has insurance for the building, their policy will not cover your personal belongings or provide liability protection for you. Renters insurance ensures that you have coverage tailored to your specific needs as a tenant.

We do the heavy lifting and cross shop multiple providers to make sure you're getting the best rate. You can also lower your insurance premium by increasing your deductible, bundling your policies, and taking advantage of available discounts.

A deductible is an amount that you're responsible for in the event of a loss. This is the amount you pay out-of-pocket, and insurance covers the remainder.

When speaking with your agent to set up your policy, any valuables you are concerned about and our agent can review your policy and recommend changes to ensure your valuables have proper coverage.

All insurance carriers have different pricing models and factors they consider when coming up with your pricing. Driving history, garaging zip code, credit, claims history and many other factors are considered when an insurance company comes up with a particular rate for an individual.

Your coverages also play a role in pricing. Keep in mind bare minimum state coverages may not be sufficient to cover bodily injury or death and or property damage in the event of a serious "At Fault" accident. In the event you don't have enough coverage, it is possible that you could be liable for any difference.

The state minimum for bodily injury coverage on an auto policy in Utah is $25,000 per person and $65,000 per accident.

The state minimum for property damage coverage on an auto policy in Utah is $15,000.
